Our fave for breakfast tacos! Back in 1994 an idea and a dream was born… Back then, we were selling tacos off of a BBQ pit in our front of our house. Although simple at that time, this was the beginning of what would become Mima`s Kitchen in Wimberley, Texas and Mima`s Tacos in Canyon Lake, Texas!
